Web Booking App Matrix Report
This report, delivered by CSV format, analyzes the performance of our online booking system that allows customers to schedule services with "stress-free booking anytime, anywhere." The data tracks how many customers called through the web app and how many actually booked services during the first half of 2025.
Call Volume: Our web booking app generated 21,654 total calls over 6 months, with significant month-to-month variation. May was our busiest month with 5,154 calls, while February was the quietest with 2,220 calls.
Booking Success: Out of all those calls, 2,891 customers actually booked services - that's an overall 13.3% success rate. This means roughly 1 out of every 8 people who called through our web app ended up scheduling work.
Performance Trends:
January started slow at 11.2% booking rate (395 bookings from 3,518 calls)
Steady improvement through spring, peaking at 14.4% in both April and May
Best months: April and May achieved the highest booking rates at 14.4%
June dipped slightly to 12.6%, possibly due to seasonal factors
